After the epic day and epic post yesterday, today all I have for y’all is a sandwich made with some of the leftover pork shoulder, french bread, and the salsa criolla (red onion relish) I forgot to take out of the fridge to serve yesterday.
Looks good . . . all the Pachamanca 2012 food was wonderful!
